Roles & Responsibilities:

The Manager Professional Development (Central Role) is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling a robust professional learning framework for school leaders, teachers, and academic teams across the network. The role focuses on enhancing teaching quality, leadership capability, instructional effectiveness, and student outcomes through structured training programs, coaching models, and continuous learning initiatives.

1. Professional Development Strategy & Framework

- Design and own the central Professional Development (PD) strategy aligned to the organization's academic vision and school improvement goals.
- Develop annual PD calendars,



learning pathways, and capability frameworks for:

- Teachers

- Academic Coordinators
- School Leaders (Principals, Vice Principals, Heads of Department)
- Create competency-based learning journeys across career stages.

1. Program Design & Implementation

- Conceptualize, design, and deploy high-impact training programs including:
- Teacher onboarding & induction

- Instructional excellence programs

- Leadership development programs
- Digital pedagogy & AI literacy training

- Curriculum implementation workshops
- Develop blended learning models including in-person workshops, virtual training, coaching, mentoring, and self-paced modules.

1. Training Delivery & • Facilitation

- Lead and deliver central training programs, workshops, and leadership sessions.
- Build and manage a trainer/facilitator ecosystem, including internal trainers and external partners.
- Coach school leaders and academic teams to improve teaching practices and learning outcomes.

1. Stakeholder Engagement & • Collaboration

- Partner closely with Academic, Curriculum, Operations, HR, IT, and School Leadership teams.




- Act as a central point of coordination for PD implementation across schools.
- Build strong relationships with principals and academic leaders to ensure adoption, effectiveness, and sustainability of PD initiatives.

1. Monitoring, Evaluation & • Impact Measurement

- Design PD effectiveness frameworks and impact metrics.
- Track training participation, learning effectiveness, classroom implementation, and student impact.
- Build dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports to share insights with senior leadership.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine PD strategies and programs.

1. Content Development & • Knowledge Management

- Create training content, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, SOPs, toolkits, and digital resources.
- Build and manage a central learning repository / LMS for scalable knowledge dissemination.

- Document best practices, success stories, and case studies across schools.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum: Graduation in Education / Psychology / Science / Humanities / Management.

- Preferred: Post-Graduation in Education, Teaching & Learning, Educational Leadership, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related fields.

EXPERIENCE

- 8–12 years of experience in school education, teacher training, academic leadership, instructional design, or learning & development.

- Proven experience in
- Teacher training & facilitation

- School academic improvement initiatives

- Leadership development programs
- Experience in multi-school networks / education groups preferred.
