We’re Hiring | Production Supervisor – Dry Fruits Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in the Dry Fruits/Food Processing Industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth production operations.
- Monitor production targets, manpower, machines, and material availability.
- Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
- Manage and guide production workers effectively.
- Monitor production processes and minimize wastage and downtime.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.




- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and company policies.

Requirements

- Experience in dry fruits, food processing, FMCG, or similar manufacturing industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of production processes and manpower handling.
- Strong supervisory and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage shop-floor operations.

Experience: 2–5 Years
