Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Planning Control role based in Ludhiana. The role involves preparing and maintaining production schedules, coordinating with production, procurement, and maintenance teams to ensure material and resource availability, and monitoring daily output against plans.

The Production Planning

Control professional will analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and propose adjustments to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Responsibilities include tracking orders, updating stakeholders on delivery timelines, maintaining accurate records in planning systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.



The role also requires clear communication with supervisors and shop-floor staff to align priorities and resolve planning-related issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Production Planning and Production Schedules management to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing operations.
- Solid Analytical Skills and Planning abilities to interpret data, forecast needs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear updates on production status.
- Experience with basic manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and workflow optimization.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and planning/ERP tools for data tracking and schedule management.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail under time constraints.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control practices in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
