# – Production Planning & Controller (PPC)

## Position Overview

Deor Metal Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Planning & Controller (PPC) to manage production planning, material coordination, and production scheduling for our manufacturing unit for Small manufacturing company 50 Employee. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sheet metal components, die-cast components, and assembly operations, with the ability to ensure timely production and efficient resource utilization.

## Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials and components for uninterrupted production.
- Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and maintain optimum inventory levels.
- Track production targets, machine utilization, and delivery schedules.




- Prepare production MIS reports and analyze production performance.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
- Ensure production activities comply with quality and safety standards.

## Required Skills

- Strong experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC)
- Knowledge of Sheet Metal Components
- Experience with Die Cast Components
- Familiarity with Assembly Operations
- Inventory and Material Planning
- ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel
- Robust analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills

## Qualification

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the hardware or engineering industry.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
