Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily showroom operations.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Handle customers and ensure excellent service.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders.
Monitor sales, stock, and showroom presentation.
Coordinate with installation, accounts, and other teams.
Handle customer complaints and prepare sales reports.
Requirements:
Graduate with positive communication skills.
Robust leadership and sales ability.
Customer-focused and target-oriented.
Retail/home furnishing/interior experience preferred.
Valuable knowledge of Malayalam & English.
