nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an Assistant Manager – Design to drive creative development across packaging, social media, performance marketing, and e-commerce. The role will focus on creating premium, clean, and impactful designs while maintaining a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
nKey Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and assets for packaging, social media, digital campaigns, and e-commerce.n
Create packaging artworks, layouts, dielines, and print-ready files for recent launches.n
Design high-quality creatives for Instagram, Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon, Nykaa, and website.n
Develop multiple creative variations for campaigns and A/B testing.n
Ensure consistency in the brand's visual identity, typography, composition, and design language.n
Collaborate with Marketing, Branding, Product, R&D;, Growth, and Marketplace teams.n




Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.n
Stay updated with emerging design trends, creative formats, and AI tools.n

nQualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.n
5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, FMCG, or D2C.n
Robust portfolio demonstrating packaging, digital, campaign, and e-commerce design.n
