Job description – The candidate is expected to design, develop, and enhance engaging learning experiences. The candidate will leverage instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and technology to create high-quality e-learning solutions.

Key responsibilities:
Design and develop instructional materials, including online courses, job aids, and assessments, as per instructional design standards.
Collaborate with internal team members, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and define learning objectives.
Utilize instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy) to create engaging and effective training solutions.
Develop interactive and multimedia-based e-learning content using authoring and video editing tools.
Integrate learning technologies, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), gamification, and microlearning strategies,



to optimize learner engagement.
Knowledge of the latest accessibility standards and their implementation in courses.

Role Summary: The candidate is expected to be an experienced instructional designer who would create or assist in creating e-learning courses using authoring and video editing tools based on learner requirements.
Valuable to have knowledge: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite
Required skills: Articulate Storyline and Rise, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, Camtasia, Canva, Powtoon, PowerPoint Presentation, and JavaScript for creating customized triggers in Storyline and knowledge of default triggers in the authoring tools.
