BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM) - ELV
Location: Kochi, Kerala

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in the ELV and Security Solutions industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing recent business opportunities, managing client relationships, generating sales, and achieving revenue targets for ELV solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the ELV and security systems market.
Generate leads through direct visits, networking, referrals, tenders, consultants, and other channels.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, MEP companies, and project developers.
Promote and sell ELV solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Networking, Intercom, SMATV, Public Address, Gate Barrier, and related security systems.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
Coordinate with the estimation, design, procurement, and project teams for preparing quotations and proposals.
Prepare and submit commercial proposals and follow up until order closure.
Negotiate with clients and close sales within approved company guidelines.
Monitor ongoing projects, sales pipelines, and business prospects.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients through calls, meetings, email, and WhatsApp.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and new business opportunities.
Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Coordinate with the project team for smooth handover of confirmed projects.
Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings when required.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in
