Key Responsibilities
Manage and support VDI settings and virtualization platforms.
Work on VDI migration and integration projects.
Troubleshoot complex VDI issues and escalated incidents.
Configure and support Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft Hyper-V.
Monitor systems, handle alerts, and resolve critical incidents.
Work with clients and internal teams to deliver VDI solutions.
Create technical documentation and support processes.
