Technical Executive Assistant Intern
Location: Remote
Job Type: Part time Internship
Duration: 6 Months
Working Hours: 4 Hours per Day
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Technical Executive Assistant Intern to work closely with the CTO. The intern will support executive operations, technical and market research, project coordination, and strategic initiatives while gaining direct exposure to technology leadership and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the CTO with scheduling, meeting coordination, and daily task prioritization.
Attend key meetings, prepare concise meeting notes, and track action items and follow-ups.
Conduct technical, market, competitor, and product research to support business decisions.
Assist with presentations, reports, technical summaries, and internal communications.
Support cross-functional projects and assigned strategic initiatives.
Organize and structure information to support effective decision-making.
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business and technical information.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
Robust interest in technology, product strategy, startups, and business operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
Mature, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information.
Compensation
No monthly stipend will be provided during the internship.
A lump-sum amount will be paid upon successful completion of the six-month internship, based on the intern's overall performance, contribution, and completion of assigned responsibilities.
