PRODUCTION MANAGER – THERMOFORMING

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.-8–12 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, with strong experience in thermoforming production; minimum 3–5 years in a Production Manager role.

Experience

8–12 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, with strong experience in thermoforming production.  Minimum 3–5 years in a Production Manager  Strong practical knowledge of thermoforming machines, molds, heating systems, forming, cutting, stacking, and related processes.  Experience with PET/PP sheet thermoforming is highly preferred.  Good understanding of production planning, maintenance coordination, quality control, and process optimization.  Strong leadership and team-management skills.  Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.  Good knowledge of OEE, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.  Valuable command of English.  Strong computer skills, particularly Excel and production reporting systems ERP.
