We are looking for an experienced AFR & RDF Production qualified with mandatory Cement Industry experience.

The candidate should have strong end-to-end knowledge of the AFR/RDF process, including waste receiving, segregation, shredding, trommel screening, grinding, quality control, storage and feeding to the cement plant.

The candidate will be responsible for production planning, plant operations, manpower management, equipment performance and achieving daily/monthly RDF production targets.

- Manage complete AFR & RDF production operations at the plant.
- Plan and achieve daily, monthly and annual RDF production targets.
- Handle the complete process from waste receiving to final RDF production and feeding.
- Operate and monitor Shredder, Trommel, Conveyor, Magnetic Separator, Grinder, Hopper and Feeding Systems.
- Ensure optimum utilization and performance of Shredder and Trommel machines.
- Monitor production losses, equipment downtime and process bottlenecks.
- Maintain required RDF quality, particle size, moisture,



CV and contamination levels as per cement plant requirements.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores and Cement Plant teams for smooth operations.
- Manage manpower including operators, technicians and contract workers.
- Prepare daily production reports, MIS, equipment performance reports and consumption reports.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of incoming waste and processed RDF.
- Implement process improvements to increase RDF recovery, production efficiency and equipment productivity.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities with the maintenance team.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, SOP, 5S and environmental requirements.
- Monitor housekeeping and safe operation of all AFR/RDF processing equipment.
- Handle operational issues and troubleshoot process/equipment-related problems.
