Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager / Plant Production Incharge to independently manage the complete production operations of our Frozen & IQF Food Processing Plant, including Green Peas, Sweet Corn and other frozen vegetables.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end production operations from raw material receiving to IQF, packing and cold storage.
- Plan and achieve daily/monthly production targets as per order requirements.
- Handle manpower, shifts and production planning.
- Ensure efficient operation of washing, sorting, blanching, IQF freezing and packing lines.
- Monitor yield, wastage, productivity, machine utilization and production costs.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, QA/QC, Stores and Dispatch for smooth plant operations.
- Handle production-related breakdowns, process issues and bottlenecks.
- Ensure proper GMP, hygiene,



safety and housekeeping on the production floor.
- Maintain production reports including output, yield, wastage and raw material consumption.
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-reduction measures.
- Lead the production team and ensure discipline, efficiency and target achievement.

Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Frozen Food / IQF / Food Processing.
- Robust practical knowledge of IQF processing and frozen vegetables.
- Experience with Green Peas, Sweet Corn and similar products preferred.
- Strong understanding of yield, wastage, production planning and manpower management.
- Should be capable of independently handling complete plant production operations.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate: A hands-on production professional currently working in an IQF/Frozen Food Processing Plant, capable of taking complete ownership of production operations.

Pay: ₹35,000.74 - ₹50,000.25 per month
