About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage the complete production process, ensuring projects are delivered with high-quality workmanship, efficiency, accuracy, and on-time execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities.
- Supervise production staff, carpenters, technicians, and other workers.
- Prepare production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Project, and Installation teams.
- Monitor the quality of materials, furniture, woodwork, finishes, and final products.
- Ensure production follows approved drawings, specifications, and measurements.
- Track raw materials, inventory, wastage, and production costs.
- Identify production delays or quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain proper production records and daily progress reports.
- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and proper use of machinery and tools.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors whenever required.
- Improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Conduct regular quality checks before dispatch and installation.




- Ensure all production work meets company standards and client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Production, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Interior/Furniture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant production management experience.
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture, custom furniture, interior fit-out, woodwork, or related manufacturing.
- Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and material management.
- Strong team-management and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and production specifications.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience in luxury interior projects, bespoke furniture manufacturing, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and high-end residential/commercial fit-outs will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
