Jr. PRODUCT ENGINEER - AEROSPACE

Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh

CTC: Up to 7.0 LPA

Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or any equivalent Engineering discipline.

Experience: 3+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Engineer with strong expertise in 3D modelling, product development and manufacturing engineering. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers to support product development activities and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify 3D models, assemblies and engineering drawings using CAD software.
- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality, suppliers and customers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Review engineering specifications, drawings and customer requirements.
- Support new product development, process improvements and engineering change management.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and product records.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure product manufacturability and quality compliance.
- Participate in product validation, testing and inspection activities.
- Monitor project timelines and support successful execution of engineering projects.

Required Skills & Competencies





- Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D modelling using CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or Siemens NX.
- Robust proficiency in SolidWorks and Creo is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T; and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work extensively on SolidWorks and Creo platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

- Experience in Aerospace components, standards and documentation.
- Exposure to Investment Casting processes and products.
- Knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods such as X-Ray Inspection, Penetrant Testing, etc.
- Familiarity with Destructive Testing methods such as Tensile Testing, Stress Rupture Testing and Mechanical Testing.
- Understanding of quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
- Project management knowledge and experience will be an added advantage.
