Ensuring 100% Safety Protocols in Shifts and ensuring the end-to-end Safety.

Ensuing the end-to-end Refining Plant Operations in Shifts and in achieving the FY26 set annual targets for the Refining department.

Ensuring the processes are done as per the SOPs and CTPs & CTQs. Production & Planning for the required resources, consumables for production in shifts.

Closely working with RSCM Stores, Maintenance, Purchase, Assay Lab, QA, Plant Services, Civil and other support function for mobilizing the required support for smooth shift operations.

Implementing the Kaizens and applying TPM tools and Techniques in Machines and implementing the TPM. Mobilizing all kinds of inputs (TEP/GEP/Recycle Gold) from all the stakeholders across the division.

Processing all kinds of Input gold (daily 100-200Kg gold) within shortest lead times and delivering the Refining Outputs <0.5 days.

Ensuring the on-time delivery of Refining Gold/Silver Outputs for all Manufacturing needs. Ensuring the end-to-end batch wise Material accountability with proper control charts. Ensuring the 100% Physical Verification Audits without any demerit.

Responsible for mechanizing the Gold Jewellery Manufacturing processes.

Identifying the higher complex products/components involving manual mfg processes and develop a current mechanized process to eliminate the manual skill dependency (de-skilling).





Conduct pilot scale and bulk scale trials to identify any abnormalities and address the same before implementation for regular production.

Characterize and analyse the outcome of the process and obtain approval from all the key stakeholders for bulk production implementation.

Responsible to establish the Product/Process Engineering with the objective of adopting Engineering methodologies to overcome Jewellery Mfg. challenges.

Prioritize and develop projects based on critical business needs Optimize current processes to meet all customer and internal requirements Elimination of Conventional/monotonous activities with process Automations.

Working with multi-functional team to achieve project goals Recommending new ideas and techniques to ensure project success Evaluating current processes and providing the recommendations for enhancement. Analysing and troubleshooting the process challenges, establishing the process controls and focusing on continual improvements. Collaboratively working with diversified manufacturing teams, supporting to develop the new process/product and establishments

Work Experience

Engineering Knowledge about Jewellery manufacturing processes Knowledge on basic metallurgy of noble metals Innovative Design thinking capabilities Hands-on experience in Process Engineering & Automations Proficiency in Concepts of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) & Implementation.
