Experience
4 – 6 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, with strong experience in thermoforming production. Strong experience in PET/PP thermoforming production. Good knowledge of thermoforming machines, molds, heating, vacuum, cooling, and process parameters. Experience in troubleshooting, production optimization, and reducing scrap and downtime. Ability to monitor production performance and improve machine eAiciency. Positive communication and problem-solving skills. Strong computer skills,
particularly Excel and production reporting systems ERP. Monitor machine breakdowns and coordinate with Maintenance to minimize downtime. Prepare production reports covering output, eAiciency, scrap, and downtime. Support and guide machine operators to ensure proper operating procedures are followed. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce material consumption, and reduce cycle and changeover times. Preferred: Experience with TTF, Gabler, Illig, WM, Kiefel, or similar thermoforming machines.
