Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Pune City.

The Production

Engineer will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production targets are met safely, on time, and with consistent quality.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production activities, monitoring equipment performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements. The role also involves supporting quality control checks, analyzing production data to resolve issues, and preparing reports and documentation related to production performance.

The Production

Engineer will work closely with supervisors,



operators, and management to maintain efficient workflows and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Production Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Production Planning and coordination to manage schedules, resources, and workflow effectively.
- Experience with Quality Control practices, including inspection, testing, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for troubleshooting issues, interpreting production data, and driving process optimization.
- Clear and qualified Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, preparing reports, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with manufacturing tools, safety regulations, and basic lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
