Missions:

Maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products .

Maintaining effective business relationships with suppliers.

Set up suppliers orders and ensure the update according to the situation.

Handling the critical situations and make the optimal solutions.

Establishing follow-up files to ensure the smooth running of work processes.

Planning the daily launching and coordinate with METS the delivery date and the priority.

Follow up of MM minutes and ensure the respect of Gruppenraster.

Planning the launching the end of production series.

Ensuring the effectiveness and good cooperation with different groups and services of plant.

Sharing the information with warehouse, export and transport services regarding the materials flow.

Developing the production plan and contribute to control the execution of plan.

Trying to achieve the goals set.

Controlling and ensuring aimed levels of KPIs

Participation in the cost reduction and competitiveness of DETJ and Dräxlmaier Group.

Apply strictly the work instructions.

Ensuring the technical changes for different car line´s with coordination with SCC

Keeping and Managing the stock via MPC Tool.





Processing actions scrap with BPM tool with optimal scrap value.

Participating in inventories (corrective action and urgent orders)

Optimization of work Process

Developing supply plans based on production forecasts

Following the Baugruppes in order to obtain the current and the run out parts and all necessary update in system to guarantee correct data in LAB.

Monitoring Transport Statue´s (truck ,airfreight…)

Ensuring an efficient flow of information in the group

Apply the instructions and procedures related to OHS prevention and respect for the environment.

Profile :

University degree Master's degree or higher technician (Bac+3)

Basic knowledge in Excel, Word

Basic knowledge in Logistics field

HOST

Basic knowledge in the field of inventory management and information capture.

Language: English / French

Knowledge and experience in the industrial field

Concept of Stock Management

Know the environmental policy.

Active participation in the reduction of environmental costs such as, energy consumption, water, paper, copper ...

Basic Training IATF16949
