We are looking for a motivated and curious Engineering Graduate to join our team as a Graduate Engineer Trainee – Product Sourcing. This is an entry-level opportunity for recent B.E./B.Tech graduates who are interested in product research, supplier identification, procurement, and business operations.

You will work closely with our team to identify new products, research manufacturers and suppliers, compare products and pricing, evaluate vendor options, and support the development of our product sourcing pipeline.

Prior experience in sourcing or procurement is not required. We are looking for candidates with robust research skills, analytical thinking, good communication, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Research products, manufacturers, suppliers, and markets through online and offline sources.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, MOQ, lead time, location, and reliability.
- Collect and compare product specifications, pricing, and supplier information.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors through email, phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Request quotations, product samples, catalogs, and relevant business information.
- Maintain and update supplier and product databases.
- Create comparison sheets and basic reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Support product discovery and identify new products that may be suitable for the business.
- Coordinate with internal teams during product evaluation and supplier onboarding.
- Track supplier follow-ups, quotations, samples, and negotiations.
- Assist in basic cost analysis and vendor evaluation.
- Perform other research and sourcing activities as required.

Who We Are Looking For




- Recent B.E./B.Tech graduates from any engineering specialization.
- 0–1 years of experience; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong internet research and information-gathering skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable communicating with suppliers and external vendors.
- Curious about products, markets, pricing, and businesses.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Engineering Background

Candidates from any engineering branch can apply, including Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, ECE, EEE, Civil, Computer Science, IT, Mechatronics, and other B.E./B.Tech disciplines.
