Description As an Product Manager, you will develop product vision and strategy, own the roadmap and execute to plan. You provide insights that fuel critical decisions across the company, including executive leadership that uses them to set strategic directions for Salesforce!

You'll be working closely with various collaborators to develop an understanding of customer use cases and work with our engineers and architects to implement the roadmap. You will work through ambiguity to be able to get results while leaning on relationships with key internal partners to align priorities and provide prioritized use cases for our engineers that deliver to our business goals.

- Own, drive and support the vision/strategy/roadmap/development for the product
- Collaborate with other PMs and stakeholders across clouds to leverage cross product synergies and optimize investments
- Work with engineering to specify, detail, build and release product/features
- Work with internal and external stakeholders such as industry experts, analysts, customers, pre-sales and solution teams to refine roadmap and develop future innovation that delivers customer value and meets Salesforce's business goals
- Engage with customers, partners, and ISVs, along with product ambassadors from across Salesforce to communicate value, advocate and evangelize the product and drive adoption
- Represent Salesforce as a product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events, community sites and social media
- Define and deliver high-quality, production-ready product strategies and roadmaps using contemporary PM practices, with AI as a core part of your workflow — pushing the boundaries of AI-powered tools to drive smarter prioritization, faster discovery, and better outcomes




- Design and orchestrate complex product workflows where AI agents integrate seamlessly into cross-functional team operations, driving efficiency and innovation at scale
- Contribute to building and maintaining shared product context — an explicit repository of product principles, constraints, user insights, and standards that enables AI to generate accurate, reliable, and actionable recommendations
- Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs (e.g., user research summaries, PRDs, roadmap suggestions) for correctness, quality, alignment with business goals, and user impact

Required Skills

- 6–10 years of experience building enterprise products
- Demonstrable experience or willingness to learn building enterprise SaaS products
- Understanding of enterprise SaaS architecture and building scalable applications
- Product management skills and business acumen around building and launching products
- Ability to work with development engineers, quality engineers, UX specialists, and content experience specialists day-in and day-out to provide direction, prioritization, detail out epics/user stories, and ensure successful delivery
- AI-first mindset to create the next generation of products driving the agentic enterprise
- A demonstrated, genuine AI-first approach to product management — using AI to move faster, build fluency across the product lifecycle, and contribute well beyond traditional PM scope
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Copilot, etc.) in product workflows such as discovery, spec writing, competitive analysis, and stakeholder communication
- Advanced prompt engineering skills and the ability to write precise, structured prompts — and cultivate the product context that makes AI outputs reliable, strategic, and production-ready
