About the Product Team and the Role

Origin Medical Research Lab seeks a Product Manager to take full ownership of a product line within our suite of AI-enabled healthcare solutions. The role involves shaping product vision and strategy, driving complex cross-functional execution, navigating regulatory requirements, and developing the next generation of product talent at Origin.

This is a high-impact, high-accountability role for a professional energized by the challenge of building category-defining products in a mission-driven environment focused on democratizing quality prenatal care globally for every expecting mother.

What You Will Do

Product Line Ownership

- Own the full lifecycle of a product line — vision, strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration
- Set clear product goals and success metrics; hold accountability for outcomes across your product line
- Make high-quality, well-reasoned product decisions in complex and ambiguous situations, drawing on data, user insights, and strategic context

Strategy & Market Leadership

- Define and continuously refine the product strategy for your line in alignment with Origin Medical's mission and commercial objectives
- Lead market analysis, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder research to identify opportunities and inform prioritization




- Represent the product perspective in strategic discussions with leadership, clinical advisors, and external partners

Regulatory & Compliance Ownership

- Take ownership of the regulatory strategy for your product line, including compliance with relevant frameworks (e.g., SaMD regulations, FDA)
- Collaborate with regulatory, clinical, and legal stakeholders to ensure products meet all applicable standards throughout the development and post-market lifecycle
- Maintain regulatory documentation and ensure the team is aligned on compliance obligations at every stage of the product lifecycle

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Lead a cross-functional pod — working closely with engineering, design, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to deliver against the roadmap
- Proactively identify and resolve dependencies, blockers, and risks across teams and functions
- Drive deployment and go-to-market readiness, including clinical validation, stakeholder communication, and operational planning

People Development

- Mentor and develop junior product team members, providing regular guidance, feedback, and stretch opportunities to help them grow
- Contribute to shaping product team practices, processes, and culture at Origin Medical Research Lab
- Partner with the Head of Product Management and Operations to build a high-performing, mission-aligned product team

Who We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end product ownership is required
- Experience in healthtech, medtech, or AI-driven products is required
- Experience navigating a product through regulatory approval (SaMD, FDA 510(k), or equivalent) is preferred
- Experience with medical imaging, maternal health, or clinical workflow tools is preferred
- Experience in mentoring and developing product talent is preferred
- Experience with Figma or equivalent tools is preferred
