Roles and Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap - Define and own the product roadmap for one or more core product lines or features.
- Translate business goals, user needs, and technical opportunities into transparent product strategies.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment. Execution & Delivery - Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and ensure clarity across engineering, design, and QA teams.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to define scope, timelines, and technical trade-offs.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Ensure high-quality delivery with metrics on performance, reliability, and usability.
Technical
Collaboration - Act as the product liaison with engineering, understanding APIs,
architecture, data models, and system constraints. User Experience & Feedback - Partner with design and user research teams to develop intuitive, user-centric experiences.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to inform product improvements. Cross-functional Leadership - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure successful launches and go-to-market alignment.
- Support customer success and pre-sales teams with product expertise and demos.
- Communicate product vision and progress effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
