- Drive overall P&L;, revenue growth, and market share for the broking business
- Lead product strategy, including platform, tech enhancements, and user experience
- Own pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness and profitability
- Act as the central point for client and sub-broker queries/escalations
- Oversee exception handling, governance, and process efficiency
- Collaborate across teams (Tech, Sales, Ops, Risk) for seamless execution
