We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Product Designer to help shape Nestasia's product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a passion for discovering trends, and the ability to conceptualise products that are aesthetically appealing and commercially relevant. /n Duties and responsibilities /n /n

- Benchmark leading global and Indian lifestyle brands to identify emerging design and product trends.

- Translate market insights and customer feedback into recent product ideas and collection concepts.

/n

- Review product samples and provide design inputs to enhance aesthetics, functionality and overall customer appeal.

/n

- Work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure the final product aligns with the original design intent.

/n

- Contribute to seasonal launches by developing cohesive product stories and design themes.

/n

- Build and maintain a library of design inspirations, materials, finishes and trend forecasts.

/n





- Explore opportunities for product innovation while balancing creativity, functionality and commercial viability.

/n

- Present design concepts, mood boards and new collection ideas to internal stakeholders.

/n /n Desired Candidate Profile /n /n

- 3–6 years of experience in Product Design, Product Development or Lifestyle Design.

/n

- Experience with home décor, lifestyle, fashion, gifting or consumer brands is preferred.

/n

- Strong understanding of design trends, colour, materials and product aesthetics.

/n

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or relevant design software.

/n

- Excellent visualisation, creative thinking and communication skills.

/n

- A strong portfolio showcasing original product concepts and collections is essential.
