- Exposure to CRM tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.
- Strong written communication skills - Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, retention, and engagement - Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and data-driven decision-making - Ownership mindset and eagerness to learn in a rapid-paced startup environment ????? ??????:
