- Assist Product Managers with user research, requirements, user stories and product documentation.
- Support organisation and mapping of medical content, MCQs, videos, tests, notes and clinical cases.
- Coordinate with Academics, Faculty, Engineering, Design, QA and Operations.
- Perform functional testing and provide clear feedback on product features and learner journeys.
- Support clinical case collection, validation, tagging and publishing workflows.
- Track user feedback, product metrics, defects and improvement initiatives.
- Use AI tools for research, documentation, summarisation and product analysis while validating outputs responsibly.
- Interest or basic understanding of medical education, MBBS, NEET PG or NEET SS is preferred.
- Robust analytical, communication, problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Basic understanding of web/mobile applications, Agile and software development.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Excel/Google Sheets, analytics or SQL is an advantage.
