Position Title: Procurement Operations Sourcing Associate

Reports to: Procurement Specialist

Purpose: The Global Procurement Operations Sourcing Associate provides end-to-end technical and operational support for sourcing events within the Elanco Sourcing Platform (SAP Ariba). This role acts as a functional partner to Global Category Leaders and Business Stakeholders, ensuring high data integrity and operational efficiency. In addition to providing technical support for large-scale projects, this role will lead and execute sourcing events that fall below the Global Category Threshold, providing full-cycle management for business-driven requirements from initiation to award.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

1. Sourcing Event Leadership & Execution

- Sub-Threshold Leadership: Lead and execute end-to-end sourcing events for requirements falling below the Global Category Threshold, managing the process from requirement gathering to supplier selection.
- Technical Configuration: Execute the setup of RFI, RFP, and eAuction events in SAP Ariba, ensuring all line items, specifications, and bidding rules are correctly configured.
- Event Monitoring: Actively manage live sourcing events, including the Q&A; board and supplier communications, to ensure a competitive and transparent process.
- Bid Tabulation: Download and organize supplier responses into standardized comparison templates, providing clean, actionable data sets for business decision-making.

2. Supplier Onboarding & Technical Support

- Vendor Enablement: Lead the registration and Ariba Network enablement for current suppliers, ensuring they are fully onboarded and ready to participate in events within established SLAs.
- Technical Help Desk: Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, troubleshooting portal access issues and providing "how-to" guidance for bid submissions.
- Master Data Maintenance:



Manage Data Master Requests (DMR) for vendor updates, ensuring bank details, addresses, and tax classifications are accurate in the system.

3. Pre-Sourcing Intelligence & Compliance

- Risk & Market Research: Support the pre-sourcing phase by pulling initial supplier risk reports (Moodys/ITNX) and market intelligence data (Beroe) to inform sourcing strategies.
- Document Governance: Coordinate the execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and ensure all final awarded contracts and bid documents are correctly uploaded into Malbek.
- Signature Coordination: Manage the DocuSign process for sourcing-related documents, ensuring all internal and external signatures are captured efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Sourcing Support, or a similar administrative/systems role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba - Must (E-Sourcing (Must) & Buying) and SAP ERP is highly preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables) are essential.
- RPF – Must and RFI - Optional
- Analytical Ability: Strong ability to organize and "translate" technical system data into clear, actionable formats for business users.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on pending items without constant supervision.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work with cross-functional partners, specifically bridging the gap between Legal (risk/compliance) and Procurement (operational speed).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field.
- Mindset: A detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with high accuracy and a strong sense of ownership.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English - Must. Portuguese, Spanish, French or Germany is a plus.

Position – 2 Shift timings - 10 AM to 6.30 PM (Should extend sometime based on the project calls till 9.30 PM)
