Role Description
This is a high-intensity, remote role working directly in the Founder’s Office. We are looking for a "LinkedIn Warrior" who understands the grind of high-volume outreach and growth hacking. You will be the engine behind our business development, working hand-in-hand with the founder to execute aggressive email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and strategic growth initiatives.
Shift Timings:
Must be able to work 8AM-730PM. This is a hard requirement as you will be synced with the founder’s schedule.
What You’ll Do:
Founder Support: Work directly with the founder on daily strategic tasks, pitch decks, and market research.
Strategy Execution: Turn high-level ideas into actionable lead lists and partnerships.
Qualifications:
LinkedIn Power User:
You know how to navigate LinkedIn like a pro, find anyone, and land in their inbox.
Outreach Expert: Proven experience in cold outreach and lead generation.
High Bandwidth: You thrive in a rapid-paced "hustle" workplace and don't need hand-holding.
Communication: Exceptional English writing skills for crafting compelling, non-spammy messages.
Reliability: Disciplined enough to maintain high energy during the 3 PM - 12 AM PST shift.
