n What You’ll Do

Conduct individual therapy sessions in Malayalam and Englishn
Perform intake and psychological assessmentsn
Develop and maintain tailored treatment plansn
Maintain clear and ethical clinical documentationn
Collaborate with fellow psychologists and support staffn
Contribute to workshops, wellness initiatives, and psychoeducational contentn

n What We’re Looking For
n
n
Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology (mandatory)n
2 to 5 years of experience in therapy and psychological assessmentsn
Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written)n
Strong clinical judgment with a compassionate, ethical, and client centered approachn
Comfortable working in a team-oriented, team based workplacen
Comfortable appearing in videos or contributing to psychoeducational content when requiredn
