nKey Responsibilities:

Support the lead teacher in executing lesson plans and managing the classroomn
Provide individual or small group academic support to students when neededn
Help with classroom routines, organization, displays, and student materialsn
Assist with co-curricular activities, events, and field tripsn
Monitor student behavior and ensure a safe, positive classroom workplacen




Maintain documentation and student records as guided by the lead teachern
Substitute for the lead teacher when required, under guidancen

nQualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any discipline (B.Ed. or Diploma in Education is a plus)n
At least 1 year of teaching experience (preferred)n
Prior experience working with children in an educational setting preferredn
Valuable communication and interpersonal skillsn
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a teamn
Basic digital literacy for classroom supportn
