nKey Responsibilities

Generate current business through outbound calls to domestic and international students and customers.n
Handle leads and inquiries received through phone, website, social media, WhatsApp, email and referrals .n
Counsel prospective students on courses, certifications, workshops, training programs and career opportunities.n




Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses, services and products.n
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → counseling → follow-up → conversion → enrollment → post-sales support .n
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, counseling, conversions, admissions and revenue .n
Follow up consistently with fresh, warm, inactive and existing leads.n
Handle objections professionally and maximize conversion opportunities.n
Identify upselling, cross-selling, repeat business and referral opportunities .n
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, enrollment and sales records in the CRM.n
Coordinate with Marketing, Admissions, Operations, Finance and Student Support teams for smooth customer experience.n
Maintain robust relationships with students and customers to drive repeat enrollments and referrals.n
Monitor competitor offerings, industry trends and market developments.n
Prepare regular reports
