nWe are looking for a driven, skilled and creative Senior Pastry Chef Instructor who combines solid technical expertise with a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring.

nMG Road, near Trinity Metro Station, Bengaluru

nSalary
n₹40,000 – ₹65,000 per month
nDepending on skills, experience and performance

nKey Responsibilities

Develop and standardise new recipes, products and baking techniquesn
Design, update and improve course curriculum and training modulesn
Conduct hands-on practical and theory training sessionsn
Demonstrate professional baking and pâtisserie techniques to studentsn
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedbackn




Plan and manage day-to-day kitchen and training operationsn
Maintain consistent standards of product quality, presentation and executionn
Ensure strict food safety, hygiene and kitchen disciplinen
Contribute to the development of new courses and workshopsn
Create a skilled, disciplined and engaging learning workplacen

nWhat We’re Looking For

Strong technical fundamentals in bakery and pâtisserien
Excellent practical understanding of qualified baking techniquesn
Genuine passion for teaching and mentoringn
Creativity with exceptional attention to detailn
Strong communication and presentation skillsn
Ability to work independently and as part of a professional teamn
Degree in Hotel Management with a specialisation/interest in Bakery & Pâtisserie, or a relevant Baking/Pâtisserie certificate or diploman
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or Baking Instructor is preferred, but talented candida
