.Responsible for implementing systems & processesn
.Responsible for Key Performance Indicators for the plantn
.To maintain a cohesive & harmonious relationship in the plant teamn




.To Maintain and follow the inventory norms for RM/PM, Engineering & Finished goodsn
.To handle current Projects in the plantn
.Responsible for the Safety of Employees & Assets of the organizationn
.Develop skill level of the plant employees and supporting them to achieve their targetsn
.Manufacturing Operations –Production , Maintenance, Quality, Supply chainn
.Detailed Technical knowhow of beverage manufacturing operationsn
