nRole Overview
nWe are seeking a Sales & BD Leader with solid experience in IT sales, AWS Cloud & ERP solution sales within the domestic market. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise acquisition, build channel partnerships, manage key accounts, and own revenue growth for Cloud & ERP service lines. A background in staffing sales will be an added advantage.
nKey Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business prospects in domestic and/or international markets.n
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.n
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysisn




Develop and deliver effective sales pitches and proposalsn
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients and partnersn
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.n
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.n
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM tools.n
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunties.n
Provide feedback to product and leadership teams for continuous improvement.n

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)n
7+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account managementn
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsn
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targetsn
Familiarity with CRM softwaren
