nThe Prospect We are looking for a sharp, discreet, and highly organized Executive Assistant to work directly with the Managing Director. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role the person who will act as a trusted extension of the MD, staying attuned to priorities while managing schedules, communications, confidential information, and cross-functional coordination with speed and precision.

nKey Responsibilities

Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily schedule with zero-error precisionn




Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal teams, investors, clients, and external stakeholdersn
Handle highly confidential business, financial, and strategic information with absolute discretionn
Draft, review, and proofread emails, presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the MDn
Track action items from meetings and ensure timely follow-up and closuren
Coordinate with department heads to gather updates, MIS reports, and briefing materials for the MDn
Prioritize and filter incoming requests, emails, and calls flagging what's urgent vs. what can waitn
Organize and prepare materials for board meetings, investor meetings, and leadership reviewsn
Manage travel logistics, visas, itineraries, and expense reportingn
Anticipate the MD's needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalaten
Maintain meticulous records and documentation systems.n
