Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Primary Homeroom Teacher (HRT) for Grade 1 to join our team at our Jubilee Hills and Janwada Campuses.
nThe ideal candidate must have experience teaching under the Cambridge and/or IB (International Baccalaureate) curriculum, with a solid understanding of inquiry-based, concept-driven, and student-centered learning approaches.
nAs a Homeroom Teacher, you will be responsible for the overall academic, social, and emotional development of your class while delivering high-quality instruction aligned with international standards.
nKey Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge and/or IB Primary Years frameworks across core primary subjects (English, Math, EVS/Science) etc.n
Implement inquiry-based and transdisciplinary teaching strategiesn
Create a structured, inclusive, and student-centered classroom settingn
Monitor and assess student progress using formative and summative assessment methodsn
Maintain detailed student records and prepare progress reportsn
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student developmentn
Support students' social-emotional growth and well-beingn
Participate in curriculum planning, school events, and career developmentn
nQualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject arean
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualificationn
Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching Cambridge and/or IB Primary curriculumn
Strong understanding of international curriculum standardsn
Excellent classroom management and communication skillsn
Ability to foster critical thinking and conceptual understandingn
Passion for working with young learnersn
