Lead and mentor an offshore BI team, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely execution.n
Oversee data validation, quality checks, and governance to maintain reliable reporting.n
Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and performance reports.n
Collaborate with ETL and engineering teams to support and optimize data pipelines.n
Partner with business teams to define KPIs, translate needs, and communicate updates.n
Identify process enhancements and drive best practices across BI operations.n
