- Analyse MRP/ERP procurement requirements according to production plan
- Place Purchase Orders (PO) according to ERP requirement
- Manage daily communication with supplier
- Manage PO changes, as such as Expedite/De-expedite
- Ensure PO accordance with procurement rules and policy (lot size, lead-time, price, currency, unit…)
- Issue procurement related KPIs (On time delivery, Procurement Lead Time, In progress activities, etc)
- Perform all Health, Safety & Workplace(HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow

HSE norms as applicable.
- Adhere and respect all HSE procedures/policies/ practices
- Be aware on latest updates on HSE and implement/ follow
- Follow ergo exercises as trained by the medical practitioner/ ergonomics training

Job Requirements

- Fluent in English
- Basic software skills & Positive knowledge on MS Excel
- Basic knowledge in Supply Chain
- Good communication behavior
- SAP
