Process Trainer E-commerce / Seller Support Location: Pune Work Mode: Work from Office Working Days: 5.5 Days Shift: Rotational Shifts Transportation: Both-Side Cab Facility Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer E-commerce / Seller Support to design, deliver, and manage training programs for new hires and existing employees supporting international e-commerce and seller support operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of Seller Support, Merchant/Seller Onboarding, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Issue Resolution , along with proven experience in process training within an international BPO, e-commerce, or seller support environment.

The role will be responsible for ensuring that employees are effectively trained on processes, tools, client requirements, quality standards, SLAs, and operational benchmarks, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve training effectiveness and post-training performance..

Required Qualifications & Skills Education

- Bachelor's Degree / Any Graduate is mandatory.

Experience

- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as a Process Trainer in an international BPO, Seller Support, E-commerce, or similar operations environment.
- Experience handling training for international processes is strongly preferred.
- Candidates should have relevant Process Trainer experience documented in their professional experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is an experienced Process Trainer with solid e-commerce or Seller Support domain knowledge , excellent communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to work closely with Operations and Quality teams to translate business requirements into effective learning programs. Candidates who can demonstrate a strong combination of process expertise, training delivery, coaching, assessment, and post-training performance management will be preferred.
