Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Chemical Engineering
Diploma with relevant DRI experience may also be considered.

Job Purpose To supervise and control DRI Plant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring secure, efficient and uninterrupted production while achieving production, quality and safety targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise complete DRI plant operations during the assigned shift.
- Monitor Rotary Kiln, ABC Cooler, ESP and auxiliaries.
- Maintain process parameters and product quality.
- Achieve shift production targets.
- Coordinate with Mechanical and Electrical teams.
- Prepare shift reports and handover records.
- Ensure SOP, safety and housekeeping compliance.
- Guide operators and contract manpower.
