Jr. PROCESS ENGINEER - AEROSPACE

Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh

CTC: Up to 7.0 LPA

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or any equivalent Engineering discipline.

Experience: 3+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Engineer with expertise in manufacturing processes, process simulation and process optimization to support production and new product development activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers to improve product quality, manufacturing efficiency and process reliability, particularly in aerospace and investment casting environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
- Perform process simulations and analysis using Simulation software such as ProCAST.
- Analyse process performance and recommend improvements based on simulation and production data.
- Support new product Development, introduction activities and process validation.
- Coordinate with design, production, quality, suppliers and customers to ensure successful process implementation.
- Understand the process requirements of customer and implement.
- Investigate manufacturing issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, technical reports and process control plans.
- Monitor and improve process capability, yield and overall equipment effectiveness.




- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D-Modelling using CAD Software such as SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or Siemens NX.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process optimization and problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to interpret simulation results and implement process improvements.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers.
- Valuable analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

- Hands-on working experience in analysis and simulation software such as ProCAST, MAGMA, Flow-3D or equivalent casting/process simulation tools.
- Experience in Aerospace components, standards and technical documentation.
- Exposure to Investment Casting processes and manufacturing techniques.
- Knowledge of casting simulations, solidification analysis, Mold filling analysis and process development.
- Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies will be an added advantage.
- Experience in process validation activities.
