Main Duties
- Lead staff: Hire, train, and review teachers and school workers.
- Manage learning: Check lesson plans and make sure the school follows education standards.
- Support students: Help with student behavior, counsel kids, and make a protected place to learn.
- Handle money: Plan the school budget and buy supplies.
- Talk to families: Meet with parents to share student progress or solve problems.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
