Job Summary:

We are seeking caring and enthusiastic Supporting Teachers for Primary Classes to assist lead teachers in delivering engaging and effective classroom instruction. The candidate will help create a positive learning workplace for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the class teacher in daily classroom activities
- Support students in understanding lessons and completing assignments
- Help in classroom management and maintaining discipline
- Prepare teaching aids and learning materials
- Supervise students during activities, breaks, and events
- Provide individual attention to students when needed

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Graduation
- Passion for working with young children
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and a supportive attitude

Preferred:

- Prior experience in a school or as an assistant teacher
- Basic knowledge of child development and teaching methods
