About the Role :

We are looking for a visionary President Presales &

- Technology to lead Bacancy's technology strategy, solution architecture, and global presales function. This is an executive leadership role responsible for driving technical excellence, winning enterprise deals, building high-performing engineering teams, and aligning technology with business growth across the US, UK, and other global markets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background as a CTO, Technology Head, or Engineering Leader with proven experience in enterprise presales, client consulting, digital transformation, and large-scale software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Technology Leadership :

- Define and execute the organization's long-term technology vision and roadmap.
- Lead Architecture, Engineering, DevOps, AI, Cloud, and Delivery excellence initiatives.
- Establish engineering best practices, governance, scalability, security, and innovation.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies including AI, GenAI, Cloud, Data Engineering, and Automation.
- Mentor senior architects and engineering leaders across multiple business units.

Presales &

- Solution Consulting :
- Own the global Presales organization and support strategic enterprise opportunities.
- Lead technical discovery workshops, solution design, estimations, and proposal creation.
- Present technology solutions to CXOs, CTOs, and enterprise stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales to improve win rates through compelling technical value propositions.
- Build reusable solution accelerators, architecture frameworks, and presales playbooks.

Business &

- Client Strategy :
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to grow existing enterprise accounts.
- Identify new service offerings and technology-driven revenue opportunities.




- Participate in RFP/RFI responses and complex enterprise negotiations.
- Act as the executive sponsor for key strategic clients and digital transformation programs.

Leadership &

- Organizational Growth :
- Build and lead cross-functional teams including Architects, Presales Consultants, Technical Managers, and Engineering Leads.
- Drive hiring, succession planning, capability development, and leadership mentoring.
- Create KPIs for technology innovation, delivery quality, utilization, and presales effectiveness.

Required Qualifications :

- 1520 years of experience in Software Engineering, Architecture, and Technology Leadership.
- 7 years in executive leadership roles such as CTO, VP Engineering, Technology Head, or Chief Architect.
- Proven experience leading enterprise presales for IT services or software consulting organizations.
- Robust expertise in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, AI/ML, Enterprise Architecture, and Digital Transformation.
- Experience managing large engineering organizations (100 technical professionals preferred).
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills with global stakeholders.

Preferred Experience :

- Background in IT Services, Digital Engineering, or Product Development.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or enterprise clients in the US and Europe.
- Exposure to Healthcare, FinTech, Retail, Manufacturing, or SaaS domains.
- MBA or Executive Management qualification is an added advantage.
