n Location - Santacruz East, Mumbai (Full time in office - 5 days work week)

n Role & Responsibilities -
n Customer Interaction: Interact with customers and prospects through various channels, such as phone, email, chat, or in-person, to provide information, resolve inquiries, and offer solutions.
n Sales and Upselling: Identify prospects to promote products or services and meet sales targets by cross-selling, upselling, and offering personalized recommendations to customers.
n Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
n Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the organization's products or services to provide accurate information and meet customer needs.
n Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and processing, ensuring a seamless purchase experience.
n Customer Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records, update profiles,



and document interactions within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
n Customer Feedback: Collect, document, and communicate customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
nMarket Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for sales and marketing strategies.
n Sales Reporting: Generate reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer interactions to assess progress and results.
