nIn this role, you will be responsible for providing technical sales support from an office-based environment, handling customer inquiries and understanding requirements. You will recommend suitable solutions, prepare quotations and proposals, and coordinate with internal teams. You will also support the sales team in achieving targets while ensuring strong product knowledge and customer satisfaction.

Monitor and track open quotes, orders, ensuring timely follow-ups to expedite transactions, thereby achieving business goalsn
Manage credit processes and assist in developing customer-specific pricing strategies to align with business potential and maintain competitive positionn
Identify opportunities to replace competitor products with Festo equivalents, collaborating with the field team to target new business and increase market sharen
Suggest value engineering approaches and deliver optimized automation solutions to meet customer needs,



enhancing product efficiency and cost-effectivenessn
Share knowledge of the latest product offerings and phased-out products with the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with current information for effective customer engagementn
Conduct market research and gather competitor intelligence to provide insights that inform strategy & sustain Festo's competitive edgen

nOur requirement

3–7 years of experience with a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with robust technical understanding and product knowledge in industrial/automation solutionsn
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, understand requirements, and support sales activitiesn
Self-driven individual with a go-getter attitude, strong teamwork, and valuable business acumen with basic market awarenessn
