Posting and overseeing journal entries, fixed asset accounting, Inter- company transactions and month-end reporting.n
Ensure timely and accurate month end MISn
Preparing month end and regular balance sheet and P&L; schedulesn
Preparation and review of IFRS, Reclass related entriesn
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality services.n
Drive efficiency, accuracy, and implement value-added initiatives to strengthen the finance function.n
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and effectively.n
Work closely with AP, AR, and FP&A; teams to ensure smooth and timely month-end closure.n
Contribute to building and scaling the finance function in line with organizational growth.n

nQualification, Experience/Competencies

n
Chartered Accountant (CA) is mustn
Prior Experience of working with US clients in GCC or Captive/Controllership roles preferablen




+10 years of relevant experience in GL domainn
Exceptional people management skillsn
Process orientated, committed to achieving process excellence, Client Managementn
Knowledge of automation, Quality improvementsn
Ready to work as individual contributor as and when requiredn
Experience in automation or transformation of F&A; processesn
