Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Senior Nutritionist to lead the delivery of our online nutrition consultation practice. This is an in office position based at our Pune office in Koregaon Park. Client consultations are conducted virtually with individuals across the Globe.
nThe successful candidate will manage an active client caseload, set clinical and service standards for the nutrition function, and mentor a growing team of junior practitioners. This role suits a practitioner ready to move beyond individual practice into shaping how nutrition care is delivered at scale.

Conduct comprehensive one-to-one video consultations, including dietary assessment, goal-setting, and structured follow-upn
Develop individualised nutrition plans tailored to clients' dietary patterns, medical history, lifestyle, and cultural preferencesn
Monitor client progress against defined outcome measures and adjust interventions accordinglyn
Maintain accurate,



confidential client records in line with qualified and organisational standardsn

nPractice leadership

Establish and maintain clinical protocols, intake procedures, and quality assurance processes across the nutrition teamn
Supervise and mentor junior nutritionists through case reviews, consultation observation, and structured feedbackn
Ensure all guidance provided is current, evidence-based, and appropriately referencedn

nProgramme and content delivery

Design and lead group sessions, webinars, and client education programmesn
Contribute subject-matter expertise to product development, content, and service design initiativesn
Collaborate with coaching, product, and marketing teams to strengthen the overall client experiencen
