Identify and pursue recent business opportunities in target accounts and industries along with Geo sales teamsn
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and forecastn
Own revenue targets and drive bookings for the practicen

Understand client business problems and translate them into IT solutionsn
Lead discovery discussions, workshops, and solution positioningn

Work closely with solution architects, consultants, and practice delivery teams to build winning solutionsn
Ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery capabilityn
n5. Account Growth & Relationship Management

Build CXO-level relationships with key stakeholdersn
Drive up-sell and cross-sell within existing practice accountsn
Act as a trusted advisor to clientsn
n6. Market & Practice Development
n

Track market trends, competitors, and emerging technologiesn
Contribute to go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the practicen
Position differentiated offerings in the marketn
n7. Pre-sales & RFP Support

Lead or support large deal pursuits, RFP responses, and presentationsn
Create solution proposals along with practice presales, pricing models, and win strategiesn
